Dawn McCoy, Leadership Strategist
Dawn McCoy, a trailblazer and passionate champion for equity, served as an elected school trustee, gubernatorial appointee, and received community service awards.
She launched Flourish Leadership Group in 2009 to support women leaders to thrive by nurturing their leadership development and communication skills.
She is a graduate of Howard University and was a Bryce Harlow Fellow while completing her master's degree from Georgetown University.
